Hue Camera for Philips Hue App revisa

It used to be a good thing to use to get the hue lights to sink with a movie or whatever was on tv, but now it just keeps “searching for the bridge “. Please fix this!

I’ve wasted the last 24 hours trying to get it to work and hours on messaging back and forth with hue tech support and nothing’s been accomplished. I want my money back and forget about this unpleasant experience. Apple should take the app down from the App Store.

It can’t find my hue bridge to connect. I will update this review should the issue be solved. But as of yet I haven’t even been able to set the app up.

I’ve tried reinstalling both apps and still no dice. Can’t recommend something that isn’t working.

Have an iPhone 12Pro and the app no longer registers I’m connected to the bridge. All my other hue apps work perfectly fine so I know it’s not issues on my end.

It will not connect to my hue bridge

Does not work. Functionality is dead and last update was over 2 years. Should have checked before buying.

I purchased this for 3.99 and this never connected to the bridge. All i see is a message “searching for bridges” and nothing happens. I ended up purchasing another app that worked perfectly.

Phillips has released an expensive piece of hardware to perform this function and seems to have successfully blocked this app from functioning.

I don’t understand but the hue camera is no longer working. It just says you do not have any lights connected to bridge or searching for bridge, but you cannot move past that and I’ve tried removing the app and re-downloading it, but it just says the same thing and used to work all the time but now it’s not working, so is there some kind of glitch going on or what let me know thank you.

App doesn’t work if you don’t have Hue Bridge and it is not in the description. I wasn’t able ti get refund. Don’t waste your money if you don’t have Hue Bridge!!!

This app turns anything you’re watching into an immersive experience. I use it when playing Rockband, games, movies etc and the house feels like a different place. 🤘🏻

I tried everything to get this to the bridge and nothing worked.

I have no idea how this app works, I’ve tried over abs over and I don’t see anything. My wife laughs at me for holding a phone to the TV.

Keeps disconnecting from bridge after 5 minutes of use and says to repair. Have to delete and reinstall app to resolve issue. Love this app but full of bugs

I have written to the company twice via their website and received no response. The app won’t connect to my hue bridge and I’ve received no feedback on how to resolve this. Other apps have connected with no problem. I should get a refund since it doesn’t even work

I purchased this philips hues led light setup along with several other, and had no real problems connecting my other apps to the bridge except for this one.. Like I said, the idea seems cool, but all my other hues apps connect easily, and work just find & this one just says searching for bridge. Well- I’m connected to the correct network, all my other apps are connecting & working with my hues light setup except this one... And! The support isn’t there to help fix this issue, so as of this point I’ve waisted my money on this app- no bien... :/

Purchased app, it keeps saying searching for bridge while I have many lights and plenty of other apps which all work just fine. I’ve reached out to their support and through Facebook but have received 0 response. Save yourself and don’t buy this useless app.

APP WILL NOT CONNECT. Absolutely NO SUPPORT. Do Not Waste Your Money! This lazy developer sees no reason to support or update this app. Get this garbage off the iTunes store. Simply awful experience.

I payed and downloaded this a month ago. It never connected to my hues lights through my iPhone or iPad

Constantly searches for bridge. Doesn’t connect. All other hue apps connect no problem. Waste of 4 bucks

I have numerous other hue apps that discover and work with my bridge just fine, but this app does not find it. Just endless “searching” and no way to manually enter the IP.

Had this app when it first rolled out and loved it but I don't recall the information to used to purchase it the first time so I decided it was worth purchasing it again but it does not work. Can't get it to connect to the bridge. Just cycles between "Searching" and "Connecting" to the bridge. My lights work fine and I'm able to control my lights from outside my wifi so the equipment seems to be working just fine.

I tried and tired to not buy this but had to try out tour guys reviews. Will not connect continues to search for the bridge. I am an entertainment Electrial tech . I set up thousand dollar light systems everyday and use Phillips hue mostly . I’ve never had an issue with any apps , I have several and this is this first waste of money. You can not even contact them using their feedback option. So please please aloe me to save you the hassle and anger of it not working . DO NOT GET THIS APP it is a gimmick and does not work.

THIS APP IS FRAUD AND DOESNT WORK. IT SHOULD BE DELETED NOW FROM THE APP STORE. I made the mistake of not reading RECENT reviews before downloading. My fault, but what could be wrong with 3.9 stars? App doesn’t link to hub and seller/developer Erwin Zwart doesn’t respond to email, Twitter or instagram. I hope nothing bad has happy to him! Apple will not refund the cost! No surprise there. They allow anyone to post an app without inspection. Caveat Emptor.

I tried just about everything I know to get it to connect to the bridge. iPhone 11 . I would like a refund . If you had a support page or a note that states what os and bridge rev it works with. Good luck getting it fixed.

No buy no work cant find the bridge

The app will not connect to my bridge and when I try and contact the developer from the help menu within the app it can’t connect to the messaging center. I’m hoping the developer will see this and contact me. He seems to care about his product and has contacted others who were having problems. I really want to increase my star rating.

Don’t waste your time or money. There’s no customer support and it won’t even connect to my hub. I don’t know how this has so many positive reviews when it’s just a garbage app.
